I T Chetty went into the Chatsworth Cell C Branch on Dec 8th to change from contract to pay as u go. I was then asked to write the letter, sign it as requested by the consultant. I was then told that they wud fax it to Cell C. On the 31/01/2013 i noticed a debit still went off my acc, i called the call centre & spoke to the consultant & advised what i did in december. I also made mention that should Cell C debit me another time, then they should give me a Blackberry free. The consultant put the notes on the system. Today i noticed another debit went off for R125. I called 140 & spoke to Vincent Rakodi & had to explain the whole situation again. Instead of listening to my query & hearing my frustrations Vincent was only interested why i wanted another blackberry & that they wont give me one. This is when i did tell him that he is not listening to me & my query. What kind of customer service is this? Please listen to your voice recordings Cell C & tell me what happend in that call. The consultant quite clearly doesnt understand English. I would like the debit order reversed & stopped as from this moment onwards. I would appreciate your response
