FNB Insurance Brokers is underwritten by Hollard Insurance Brokers. Apparently Hollard is the only insurer in the industry that does not cover corrugated iron pipes. I still however pay exorbitant policy fees each month even though they serve no purpose to me and I am forced to be insured with FNB Insurance Brokers because Patience won't cancel my policy. I lodged a claim for a geyser problem on Monday. FNB insurance Brokers only sent out a plumber this afternoon. Disgusting service. I was notified by the plumber that Hollard does not cover for a pressure valve. I then call Patience Masemene whom I am forced to talk to as she looks after my policy and she is clue-less as to what I am saying. It infuriates me that she has this fancy title called 'Insurance Specialist' and is utterly incapable of answering my questions and helping me. I had to tell her step by step what to do to answer my query. She then states that she will forward me policy wording. If she is an Insurance Specialist, should she not know what she is dealing with and what is covered and what is not. I beg of you FNB Insurance Brokers, please let me cancel my policy with yourselves and get cover from a reputable co.
