Cant listen to the custome

I called into standard bank, got through to an agent that said they are having problem there.
She and as well as her supervisior Mahlasti Maloka have no listening skills what so ever.
they spoke over me, did not let me explain and my problem is not solved.

They work a call centre but are unable to listen to the customer and help out.
Worst service ever!!!
They should be named LOW STANDARD BANK
