On Thursday the 07 November I called Mi -Way to make yet another change to my new policy and this time it was to tell them that I had bough anoher car and wanted to make the required changes on the insurance policy.
The service that I receiverd was first class as I also had to take my previous car off the policy and then add the new vehicle to the insurane policy.
This was effeciently done asnd Taryn from Mi - Way was aslo able to qucikly recalculate what I would be paying as my new monthly premium . This was concluded in the matter of one phoen calll, and without my having to repeat myself over and over again which can often be the case where call center operators are not very well trained and cannot quite grasp what the customer is trying to asecrtain from the company's representative .
After quite a long, and busy day at work it was great to be able to end the day off with the feeling that there are some companies out there who really do still go that extra mile in order to keep, their customers happy.
Call centers can be a great way to keep overheads to a minimum, but if the staff training is not top notch, can be a companies undoing.. Well done Taryn!!
