Absa inconveniently blocks cards

Absa service stinks handed my information for fica in April 2013 on the 07/06/2013 my card was block went inside to find out why the card has been blocked according to the fica department they never received the documents but on Bedfords side it shows that documents was sent to them. On thev 14/06/2013 I went to draw money from the atm just to find out my card was blocked again Bedford phoned the fica department again to unblock my card I personaly thinks this is rediculous thinmking of changing banks
