Send broken cellphone back after almost 2 months

My husband took out insurance at MTN Clearwater only to discover that MTN does not deal directly with the insurance and that my husband had to deal with them directly when he had a claim. 24 Mobility came to fetch the phone almost 2 months ago and my husband received his cellphone back this morning.

THe cellphone don't switch on and does not charge at all. If you phone call centre 086 123 8242 you have to hold on for half an hour before they attend to your call. If you ask if you can speak to someone in management they all of a sudden don't know anyone. How convenient. This looks like another rip-off scheme to the public. Best of all this is a business phone which my husband cannot work without.

I cannot say how dissappointed I am and MTN also distants them from the whole deal. How can you send back a cellphone still broken and not even discuss with the client the reason behind this?
