I have been battling with the call centres the entire morning only to be past around and evertually getting cut off. This is the most pathetic service to a client, especially when in need. FNB has on my access to my cell phone banking as i am unable to access my revolving credit link via my cell phone banking since the weekend and now when i call for assistance all i get is "please hold, i am transfering you to another dept" the phone rings and i get cut off. This is disgusting.
