I have just started my Gold cheque card account and S4 phone contract with a whole bunch of rotten service. At least 8 call center numbers, three days, and 15 call center agents between Cell C and FNB putting me from pillar to post, and my topup100 contract does not even appear on your system or Cell C's system, thus i cant make calls (phone appears as prepaid). BUT, smart device shows up under my accounts on FNB internet banking. I could swear i am the first S4 contract client and your and Cell C's entire call centers didn't get the memo or something, the incompetence and inability to resolve this is really that bad! Please get your act together and sort this out, surely it cant be that hard to activate a phone contract!!!
