Unable to excess my cell phone banking

I have been trying to excess my cellphone banking but every time I'm told that there is a cookie that must be enabled and this number 087 575 9405 and I have called it several times and have been moved from pillar to post without being helped. I'm asked to put in my cell number and my pin and the person that I thru to transfare me to internet banking and on internet banking they put me back to cellphone banking again. I'm not phoning for free. I'm using my airtime.please help about this cookie enabling thing cos I need to excess my account
