I would like to thank Cell C and Blackberry for their service.
When I had to upgrade last year everybody advised me against taking a Blackberry. Nearly 11 months later when my Blackberry finally decided that its lifetime was over, I wasn't keen at all for the whole process of taking my phone back to Cell C for repairs.
I was pleasantly surprised when I went back to collect my phone that they replaced my broken Blackberry with a brand new one. Excellent service, thank you.
