I got an ABSA Trust will which appoints ABSA Trust as the executors of the estate. As I am based in Australia I can only contact ABSA via email using the email address on the correspondence I received to date from ABSA Trust. To date I have not received any feedback from this email address: [Email Removed]
I then proceeded to use the ABSA website and found a link to the ABSA Trust service. I send a web enquiry and receive feedback from the branch manager of the Belville branch (Bok Prestorius) requesting another ABSA employee (Suzanna Fourie) to enact the estate on 9 May 2013, To date I have not heard anything back even though I have send a follow-up request on 16 May 2013.
