Value bundles are really not value for money!

I went into the Balfour Park Absa branch during the beginning of February to switch my account to these value bundles they have which you 'supposedly' pay R79 a month for which includes internet banking, unlimited debit card swipes and also took out this rewars programme they have. Ofcourse I was charged my internet banking fee this month when it was meant to be 'included' in the R79 and I was charged around R120. In bank charges! I went into the same branch to query it and their systems were down, all the very 'knowledgable' consultant could tell me was he is sure internet banking must be included in that amount, ok, so that helps??? I aready knew that! So I would like to be refunded the internet banking fee as well as the other fees as apparently he said I was billed a pro rata as I made the change to the value bundle when the month had already started but this was not explained to me the day I orginally asked to change, the consultant did not mention anything about a pro rata I was meant to be charged only R79 and then R21 for the rewards programme. Please refund the amount taken over and above this.
