I signed up for a Value Bundle in Feb. I was told that Internet Banking is included for free on every value bundle.. How come I'm being charged an "Internet Fee" every month? And its not like a standard figure either, the amount I see on my online statement changes from one month to the next.. THIS IS NOT THE DEFINITION OF "FREE"/"INCLUDED IN THE BUNDLE"
