To whom it may concern
A huge surprise, when I logged onto my Internet Banking for a third time last week, to find that for the previous two log in's I was charged R45, 67. To log into my account. No transfering of money?? For simply logging into my account to check my balance!
I have been a loyal customer to ABSA Bank since around 1998, and in all honesty, have never had anything to complain about.
But to charge R45, 67 for 2 log in sessions on the internet is absolute daylight.
A change over to FNB is in order, where internet banking is FREE!
Very dissapointing!
