FNB amends contracts without informing client

How can FNB help me?
I paid for the registration of an Access bond (or whatever FNB calls it). After transferring a million rand into this bond with the knowledge we could access these funds when needed (the very nature of an access bond) we were told that to access these funds we would have to FICA qualify again to establish whether we can afford the loan! It's my money, and I qualified and PAID for the access bond the previous year.
Secondly one that's taken FNB 2 weeks to fail to resolve. I am the surety on a bond in my wife's name. It was loaded onto my on-line banking profile 2 years ago, and from there I could manage the payments and know where I stand financially. The payments are debited from my account. Two weeks ago this account disappears from my On-line Banking profile with the explanation that the rules have changed and sureties are not allowed to have access to the account!? How am I to manage this now? FNB said my wife may grant me access from her profile however that function is greyed out!

FNB, I would appreciate more than a cursory fob-off on Hello Peter this time.
Or all our ccounts will be closed. (Bond, Money Markets, Credits & Cheques)
