Cancellation of Access Bond

At the beginning of June, I wanted to transfer funds from our Access Bond to my personal cheque account. The transaction was denied. Feedback from the Customer Services was that the Access Bond was cancelled in March 2013 already, because we "fell into arrears". On the internet statement the excess balance is approx. R37 000, 00. The bank keeps asking for monthly instalments, but I don't have access to my R37 000, 00.
