Card dispute handled unprofessionally

I logged the below complaint on FNB Card`s website on th 07/08/2013 and still no response given ref: B88IWVXZ.
I had a dispute with a merchant known as H&H Roodepoort and asked disputes department to reverse the transaction from this merchant with a refund slip as supporting documentation. Evelyn B Monyeki reversed a different merchant H&H Fourways transaction for the same amount without contacting me to understand the nature of my dispute and this has now caused me to owe H&H Fourways. I have tried coresponding with Evelyn to no avail as she neither replies to my emails or returns my calls. The merchant that was at fault in the begining H&H roodepoort has since refunded me and I need someone at FNB to refund H&H Fourways as I am not driving there agin to process a second transaction. Maybe "Steve" can "Help me" if he is not too busy making ads???
