Last week on 8/01/14 I've phoned for disputes that needs to be cancelled as I logged the disputes in december 2013 already... I was told to send through a cancellation letter with all the required documents relating to the disputes, which I did! The email was sent on the 8th of Jan 2014 and after numerious phone calls and emails this matter is still not resolved! Its almost a week later now and the issue is still not resolved! I need the disputes to be cancelled ASAP!
