I am a loyal customer of outsurance for more than 3 years, i have never claimed in the 3 years and pay my premiums every month on time. 2 months before my outbonus my car was in a hailstorm (which is not my fault), i couldnt claim at that point as we didnt have the money for a co payment. I received my outbonus on the 1st of march 2013 (which i deserved as i did not claim for 3 years), now that i do have the money and want to claim now they want me to pay the co pay the outbonus money. I feel this is very unfair and i will cancel my policy with them if they didnt see to my complaint. I will not pay the outbonus back to outsurance.
I feel that we were honest enough to have told them that it happened 2 months ago, i could have told them it happened 2 days ago!
