Dear outsurance. As I was the victim in a accident and I had to claim through you no I'm NOT GETTING MY OUTBONUS. I had to fight for you to claim back from the other party I even gave you all the details of the claim at the other party to make your work easier. After you claiming from the other party they took full responsibility for the accident and you paid me my excess back. But what about my outbonus? As they are taking full responsibility and you are getting all your money back why must I still loose out? And I did most of your work!
