Nearly 4 years claim-free. No "outbonus" though. Written communication from you dated 2010/11/23 stated that a projected bonus of R2, 352.73 was payable on 2012/11/25.
But it's now May 2013, and still no "outbonus". After my query about this, last Tuesday, after a number of "I will speak to my supervisor" silences, you stated that an amount of R1, 100 or thereabouts will be paid straight away (but will only reflect after 3 days apparently).
Ya well no fine. Nearly a whole week later, STILL no "outbonus", never mind why the unexplained reduction in the "outbonus" that was to be paid anyway?
