As we all know being an Outsurance client after 3 years if you haven't made a claim you get a OUTBONUS :-) Mine was due the 8th of August 2o13, after a week of NO OUTBONUS I phoned customer care so many times with NO help and promised feedback;I was tolded that the claims department made an error and now I'm due for my outbonus only again in 2015! Again many phone calls later still no answer I tried AGAIN today and spoke to a MR Motholo who said he see's the problem and will speak to a manager and phone me back. Finally the fault was corrected within an hour and my OUTBONUS will now be paid in tomorrow! Well done Mxolisi you didn't just give the problem too someone ellse you solved the problem like a Client Care Consultant should be able to do! Thank for being the ONLY person phoning me back liked promised!!
