Outsurance
Outsurance is a copout

This morning a driver of an Enforce vehicle had knocked into my vehicle.
The driver of the Enforce vehicle was at fault.
A police report was filed.
Details were taken down.
Outsurance is due to pay my out bonus next week.
Now they say I will lose this OutBonus due to this claim. Yet they promise an Outbonus after 3 claim free years. The date of commencement of my insurance was June 2013, which means my OutBonus should've paid out already.
Also they say that even though they will process this claim via the other insurance company, I will still have to pay an excess. How on earth is this possible if the other insurance company will have to pay, I have evidence stating my case, & I am not at fault. I would like this sorted out ASAP.
