I was in an accident 2 days prior to my out bonus pay out date.
I have only decided to claim today, & now Outsurance won't allow my claim to be processed, because they had paid me my outbonus on 31 August.
Technically speaking this would mean Outsurance would be scoring the outbonus for 3 claim free years, plus they would be receiving the further R2810 for my excess, & then they are still going to be claiming this amount from the other party?
Where exactly do I win in this situation.

I want my claim processed & do not feel I should have to pay back R3 293, 50 that YOU GUYS PAID OUT!
I technically had 3 claim free years!
