ABSA once again

After my last complaint on Hellopeter.com about ABSA's cellphone loan application, they contacted me and asked me to forward my complaint and all documentation to [Email Removed] which I did, but did not receive any emails back. I even went as far as to apply for a loan again through cellphone banking and went with my ref. nr to one of the branches, where I was told that they only promise to phone back but never do.

What does this say to me as your client for almost 10 years?
Does ABSA only care about the clients who have a lot of money in the bank or are they just trying to manipulate people with ghost or non existing service to win them over as clients.

I would like to know if there is any institution where this can be reported as false advertising?
