I tried to phone ABSA Tom Street Branch Enquiries to enquire regarding an expired card. Clearly the clients inside the branch are much more important than the clients that phones them. I made 20 calls to the branch... 15 went unanswered, and the other 5 I were placed on hold without being helped within 5 minutes.
Obviously I'm waisting my time at ABSA. Perhaps I should join another bank!
How difficult is it to get customer care right?
