To whom it may concern
We have had our business account with FNB for over two years now. When I personally opened up my first Sole Prop. Business account with FNB roughly 4 years ago, I was extremely pleased with the service I received in the relationship/business banking sector from Ashika.
However since Ashika has been promoted things have gone down hill. Now they do not even have a relationship /business banker at their branch permanently. When we phone to make an appointment, we simply get told that he is not at the branch today and there is no one else that can help us besides him! How is this good service. They dont even offer to schedule an appointment for when he is available. Surely it is common sense to have a diary/ schedule that you can at least give us an appointment.
Then we were informed he is there every Mon, Wed, Friday. So then why when we phone this morning they say sorry only next week? Tomorrow is Friday...
I know its not the end of the world, but everyone is busy these days in their lives. We have chosen to bank with FNB, and we pay for service that I feel is not up to scratch.
