Appointment date keeps changing for no reason

So I'm moving home soon and have made an appointment with Telkom to do an installation on the 18th of October. Since making that appointment in the beginning of the month, I have had 3 SMS's and one phonecall telling me my appointment is on another date, the 8th, the 10th, and most recently the 11th.

Each time I've called Telkom and asked them to correct and each time they have yet each time, something goes wrong. I've never asked for the date to change, and every time I speak to them I tell them it must be the 18th. After the 4th time of having to correct them, I'm sick to death.

How can something so simple so be so complicated? No one can tell me why it keeps changing, but it seems my chosen and confirmed appointment date keeps vanishing. So I'll be flabbergasted if this time is any different and my appointment actually occurs as scheduled on the 18th. Seriously guys. Your level is service is beyond poor.
