Went to Capitec in to reverse a transaction that was not suppose to happen, they wanted a letter from the company thatdeducted money from my account, this is just a nonsense how do you want a letter that says they must reverse, the contract was between myself and them, why capitec involved nevertheless i gave them the letter satting how the payment is arranged they still refused to asist, BIG INCONVIENCE on my side, my capitec account was suppose to be for my savings not debit orders, if i cannot be assisted i see no point in keeping the account. The guy who was assisting me spoke with his senior for over 30 minutes leaving at a till then he came and says he cannot assist, i suspect he went on lunch and forgotten about me
