I was debitted by virgin active in december for an amount of 529.00 which was incorrect due to me being on discovery vitality. I had called the call centre and asked for my debit order to be refunded and was told that I had to wait 7 working days. After the 7 days had passed I still didn't receive my debit order reversal and called backed. I have phoned the call centre about 5 times and I still haven't received my reversal and we are in the month of march. I really upset about the poor service.
