Money was wrongfully paid to my MFC account by my insurance and I requested for a reversal. At first I was told that a letter requesting for a reversal and banking details must be sent, that was done but when I made a follow-up about the reversal, I was told a different story that the reversal cannot be done without any clear explaination on why it cannot be done. Secondly, my monthly instalments were adjusted without my concern. The adjustments were not communicated with me, when I called, I was told that there was even a mistake in the adjustments. They don't even respond to e-mails. I think MFC is being unfair and inconsiderate to me as their client.
