I took out a Chartis Hospital Cash Plan in 2011, been paying since then. This year January i was hospitalised for 4 days and i tried calling them with no luck as their answering machine keeps on waffling. I even sent them a fax to my supprise up until now no one has responded to my query or anything the only thing they don't miss is debiting my account which also happens way after month end, as per our agreement the debit order should go off on the 1st of every month. I am so disappointed in their service and i will never recommend them to any members of my family. Can someone get in touch with me or i will just stop the debit to avoid any further inconvenience. Your service is very bad and totally unacceptable.
