I have been paying my account cash the last 5 months however cell c has been debiting an account that doesnt exist and charging me the debit order fees each month. when i dont pay the debit order fees, because they know that the account no longer exists, they disconnect my phone until i pay the debit order fee. i have told them numerous times that i pay by cash and that the account no longer exists, however they still continue with this. i have enquired about this every month and yet still no improvement. i am paying my account each month and a debit order fee. I have spoken to Happiness and she refuses to take a message for a manager or someone in charge to call me back. I find this service extremely unacceptable especially coming from a well known service provider. iv been with cell c for more than 8 years, and this is the sad and pathetic service i get.
