DEBIT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER EXPIRY OF AGREEMENT

I had a 36 months Agreement with Planet Fitness & it expired on the 13 Jan 13.On the 12 Dec 12 I tried to call them using the no. provided on my Agreement (0860 PLANET), but I couldn't get through. I kept on trying the line & still couldn't get through. On the 18 Dec 12 I tried again, fortunately I got through however there was answering machine giving the options to go on their website or to send the e-mail to [Email Removed] .I sent them email "Notice to cancel agreement on expiry period (Ref no. 0250017419)" & I got replied "Dear Member, Thank you for submitting your query we will gladly contact you regarding your query". Days passed & no one called me. I waited for them to debit my last payment on the 02 Jan 13 (01st was a holiday), they debited R 711.00, fine. I requested the bank to stop their debit order on the 15 Jan 13 & it was stopped. On the 28 Feb 13 they managed to debit, though I sent notice to cancel agreement on the 18 Dec 13.According to my bank they managed to debit coz they used a different transaction code. My money was reversed on the 18 Mar 13. PLANET FITNESS, CANCEL THE AGREEMENT IMMEDIATELLY & STOP TAKING MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. VERY BAD SERVICE.
