On 16 March 2013 I settled my two account with bradlow that was the debit order and cash account. During the payments I will experience some challenge when I do cash payment the cashier will actually pay to the debit order in that sense it left the cash account in arrears. Therefore at the mentioned date I settled both accounts because they were somehow giving bad record of my name. The cashier also highlighted that I am no longer owing them anything and that if it happens that they debit any amount I should reverse it because i made payment mid month and they have already processed the payments for the next month that is end of March. End of March no one called from bradlows nor the debit order was deducted very surprising end of April there was a deduction made of R112 which is even less than I was paying and I took the cashier's advice reversed the amount. After a month they are now calling me that I still owe them some money I don't want to fight with them but for them to stop harassing me and debiting my money
