My Discovery Credit Card was supposed to be delivered today, 11July at 9am. CCD couriers arrived at 8am to deliver other cards at work and I was not yet in the office I got a call from reception to advice that my card had arrived but it was before the time agreed. I advices the courier of this and they said it is of their problem. Discovery says is my fault and even said I was lying when I said that the delivery happened T 8:30. Omaya@ Discovery was rude, saying that it was fault the card was not delivered. CCD refuse to have the card delivered too and this is a service that Im paying R130 for. This is not the 1st time this has happened, I had a FNB cad delivered a few months back with the same issues. FNB is my bank of choice and they really need to review their contracts with suppliers as they are giving them a bad name
