so i have my 2nd card after the first card was used about 2 years in uk while i am in SA luckily discovery card picked it up.
so just to explain i have a blue credit card with discovery card i have to PREFUND before i can use it- great for me. so no i have the 2nd card and the card was on -R290 cause of charges, then on the 30th i get 2 sms as the card was used in jhb for online purchases which took place on the 27th, the transactions was approved and now i have to go thru the exercise of filing a dispute form. Hello -! it is a PREFUND card, if the card is in -R290 (negative), how the can you let a transaction go thru, not just once but twice. This is so unacceptable. I expect someone to sort this out cause now the card is -R790 -.
