My Discovery Credit card expires by the end of March 2013.
I have phoned 5 times in the past 2 weeks to enquire about my new card - every single time the same story - it's with the Couriers.
So now I have threaten to stop my card (I must add Platinum card) - still no response.
Every time I confirm all my details, delivery adress and bring my ID with me to work... still nothing!
Another incident when I tried to increase my credit limit from R 12, 000 to R 20, 000 - I am not allowed, being a Platinum card holder and earning above R 600k pa!!!
Their annual fee, interest rates are way above market averages and the service is NON-EXISTANT!!
