I reported my car incident last year and i was corresponding with the above individual from Miway through various emails (I have all the e-mails). However they failed to fix my car. In January 2013 I decided to cancel my insurance with them because I was not happy to keep on paying while they were not ready to help me. And they are still deducting, for the last two months, though I have cancelled my insurance with them.
I need my money back and I'm fixing my car by myself, since they've failed to do so.
