I cancelled my insurance with miway just over 2years ago. When I did it that time I found out a few months later that they never cancelled my policy and that the were still deducting money off my account. After calling miway they found the voice recording, admitted they were wrong andthey back payed me all the money back. Now after 2years I found out they are still deducting money from me!!! This must be a criminal offence?! This is! They have there voice recordings for "quality purposes". So how can this still be going on? Well I am going to seek legal advice and maybe take legal action if miway doesn't sort this out soon. Miway... They do things their way!
