Still deducting money after cancelation

Miway still deducting money after trying to cancel insurance.
Phoned Patric on 2013/09/26 instructed him to make changes to my Policy, he refused to make the changes as the policy is not on my name but is deducted from my bank account.
I phoned again on 2013/12/18 and spoke to Enok, he promised to get someone to phone me back but I am still waiting for the call back.
In the meantime I have to ask the bank to reverse the illegal deductions by Miway everytime they try to from me.
So far the experience from Miway was nothing but pathetic, it is obvious they have a disregard for the consumer laws of SA.
I hope I have Miway's attention now, Maybe they will respond this time
