I cancelled my Miway insurance due to poor communication and just bad service. It seems that when they are at fault, they try avoid you like the plague. After I cancelled my insurance with a months notice, I was still billed, I left a message on the Miway website and received a sms stating Miway tried to call but there was no answer. I checked my phone and there were no missed calls. I sent another message via the website on the 24 June 2013 and am yet to receive a call. I tried to log in to my account on the Miway website and it seems that I have been deleted. Is Miway so desperate for money that they ran away with my R614?
