Hi, I must state that I am always surprised by the efficient and friendly service that I receive at Standard Bank Musgrave Branch the minute you step through the doors, there is always someone one on the floor to greet you and direct you to the appropriate department, the mere fact that someone is out on the banks floor shows, your banks commitment to assisting and valuing their customers.
The staff whoever I interact with are always friendly and efficient and I always walk out with a smile, they have always gone the extra mile on numerous occasions.
