Highly Frustrated

I'm really disappointed with African bank with the way my queries has been resolved better yet nothing has been resolved. i have a credit card and when ever i try to use this card it says account restricted, i called the call centre i was advised that my account is in errors of which that is not true, i was advised they will fix the matter within 48hours, up until now no one had the decency to call me and explain what was going to keep me in the loop. i had to call again on the 10th only to find out the person handling my query didn't do the query as per my request. now another query has to be logged again. which will take another 48hours. i mean last year alone i had to call them on a monthly basis to fix something, i had to send through my FICA documents 3 times as they cant find it on system. one thing African bank is forgetting i don't work for them they work for me but it feels i do most of the work. i want this credit card to be activated urgently. before i lose the plot even more.
