I currently have a loan and credit card with AFB and as agreed the money is debited from my acc on the 25th of every month. Now AFB took it upon themselves to debit money again for the credit card on the 31st 2013 without my concern, i the went to the bank to get some clarification of the issue. I was told by the consultant that the amount of 403.00 was reversed back into my account, mind you the actual amount was 425.00. why was the money reversed to my credit card in the first place? If i do decide to withdraw the cash there are going to be charges as well on my credit card which i was not planning to use anytime soon..its bad enough that the charges are ridiculous and i was actually misinformed about the whole thing. If in anyway my credit card is in arrears its upon me when i pay them off, my agreement with them was not for them to debit twice in one month... I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS I FEEL AFRICAN BANK IS PEOPLE OFF THEIR MONEY AND I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!
