I went to Nedbank in Randpark Ridge to cancel my account with them due to Nedbank allowing loan accounts debiting from my account without my permission and I don't even have an loan account with these people. Today I walked in to Nedbank to discuss this with the manager Zelma who is very unprofessional the way she address the issue with me. Zelma informed me that I'm responsible for my account and not Nedbank, this means that anyone can debit my account as I'm suppose to be responsible and not Nedbank. I asked her if she is trying to say I'm stupid when explaining to her that the amount owing to me does not makes sense when they reverse the debit order and she replied back to me "Not in those words". She treated me as I was wasting her time as mention to me she does not do appointments with clients. Been with Nedbank for many years has made me relies what type of personals they hire in a position that they are not compatible to handle. Very disgusted in Zelma management position as mention to her she was very unprofessional the way she handle my situation and how many more has she done this too.
