Cannot get a response from cancellations depart

Good Day,

I would like to be contacted asap regarding the cancellation of my policy 112455673.

I have called the department on Friday 1 March and Tuesday 5 March 2013.

I have also sent through the email requried on 1, 5 and 6 March.

I have been told that I can not do anything from my side to cancel the policy, I need to wait to be contacted by the cancellations department.

Please could you advise asap as I have done everything neccesary from my side.

It is excactly for reasons like this why I am cancelling the policy.
