I called to cancel my policy with 1Life and I was put through to the Cancellations Department and spoke to Jason. He was very polite and sensitive to my reasons to want to cancel. He gave me alternatives and more information about their product that made to think a liitle more about my decision to cancel.
He dealt with the matter in a professional manner that is always appreciated!
