I Have phoned the call centre on 26 and 28th of March and wanted to speak to someone in other to cancel my OutSurance as I do not want to continue with having my insurance with them.
I don't know why but both times they said the can't transfer my and that someone will phone me back - I'm still waiting on these calls.
I don't want to move my policy over to them any more, but as with any company, they are quick on the sell but no after sales service.
Please do not debit any monies for this insurance, as this will push me over the roof... I want to stop this, as even before the policy commence I'm already having difficulty with communication...
