I am relatively new to the One Group/ One Plan Hospital plan and recently had a accident where fell down the stairs and had to go for x-rays at the emergency rooms, over all how the system works is still a little fuzzy to me as I was battling at first with this but came right eventually, after all this I had my duty to pay my excess amount that I received the bill and they didn't mention that I had to use my policy number as reference so when I made payment I used my claim number as reference. I phoned in to ask why I still got the messages for payment and Brian Matshete was kind enough to assist me and let me know that I should use my policy number for future and he gave me his e-mail address to forward him the proof of payment and he assisted and gave it through to their accounts department and explained what happened and he responded to me not even 24hours later to let me know it was done. I appreciate the great service from his side and encourage him to keep it up because it is a helping attitude that calms an irritable client like I was. Great work and Thank you once again.
